For employers

Write the posting once. Have Jobby check it before anyone reads it.

Drop in a job description and Jobby reads it the way a candidate will: it finds the title, the place, the pay and every requirement, and it tells you what it could not read. You fix that before it goes on the board, not after someone has applied to a job that was not really what you offered.

Posting is free. Jobby does not take a percentage of a hire and does not sell your listing to anyone.

What you have posted

Step one

Your job description

Paste it, or drop the file you already have. This is a different drop zone from the one on the job-seeker page on purpose: this one reads a posting, not a CV, and a resume parser asked to find a job title in a job ad produces confidently wrong answers.

PDF, DOCX or TXT — up to 5 MB

One requirement per line is what makes them readable as requirements. A paragraph of them is a paragraph, and a candidate cannot tell what they are being asked for.

Step three

Talk it through

Describe the role in your own words and Jobby will draft it, tell you what is missing, and stop where you tell it to. It will not add a requirement you did not say, and it will not turn "preferred" into "required" to make a posting look tighter.

Tell me the role and who you are hiring for. I will draft the posting, list what is missing, and hold off on publishing until you say so.

Your postings

Drafts are not on the board. Only a published one is.
